Edinburgh Go Club are pleased to announce their 2023 Open Tournament on 9th September 2023.
As previous years, the tournament is taking place at St Columba’s-by-the-Castle Church at 14 Johnston Terrace. As the name implies, it is within the historic old town of Edinburgh, close to all the main transport links into the city. The Garden Area of the church looks out on the Grassmarket and proved to be a popular place to have lunch in the sun during last year’s tournament.
Entry to the hall is via the blue door (here on google streetview) . The “By-the-Castle” is useful in the name, there is a second different church called St. Columba’s further up the road.
